Terms and conditions
The owner of the online store www.yrp.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Minevik OÜ (registry code 14730647), located at Paldiski mnt 42c-5, Tallinn, 10612, Estonia.
- General provisions
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The Online Store reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and apply to orders placed after the publication of the changes.
- Prices and product information
All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros.
Delivery fees are added to the price. The amount depends on the delivery method and destination and is displayed during the checkout process.
Product descriptions, photos, and other information are provided alongside the product and are presented as accurately as possible.
- Placing an order
To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart, the required fields must be completed, and a suitable delivery method must be selected.
Payment can be made via bank link or other payment solutions. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB.
The sales contract is deemed concluded from the moment the payment is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered, the buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days.
- Delivery
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed before confirming the order.
Within Estonia, goods are generally delivered within 3–7 working days; to other countries within up to 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Goods are delivered by logistics partners: Smartposti OÜ (Itella SmartPOST), AS Eesti Post (Omniva), DPD Eesti AS, and Unisend Eesti OÜ.
- Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The goods may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the value of the goods has decreased, the Online Store has the right to deduct a corresponding amount from the refundable sum.
The intention to return a product must be communicated in writing to info@yrp.ee within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except if the product does not correspond to the order.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from notifying the Online Store of the withdrawal.
The Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice but may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest option offered by the Online Store, the difference in delivery cost will not be refunded.
- Submitting complaints
The Online Store is liable for non-conformity of goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from delivery.
During the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof lies with the Online Store.
The buyer must notify any defect by emailing info@yrp.ee within 2 months of discovering it.
If the goods are defective, the Online Store will repair or replace them. If this is not possible, all payments received under the contract will be refunded.
Complaints will be responded to within 15 days in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing.
- Processing of personal data
Personal data (such as name, phone number, email address, and payment information) is used solely for fulfilling orders and delivering goods.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy.
Data may be shared with courier and payment service providers.
- Direct marketing and newsletters
Newsletters and offers are sent only with the buyer’s prior consent.
The buyer has the right to unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the email or by contacting info@yrp.ee.
- Dispute resolution
Complaints and inquiries should be sent by email to info@yrp.ee.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee) or to use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
